- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger paste or grated ginger
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
