- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (1 teaspoon if using Diamond Kosher Salt)

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Prepare the spice paste: In a small bowl, combine kosher salt, oregano, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix well to form a flavorful paste.
- Coat the chicken: Rub the spice paste evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated for maximum flavor.
- Preheat and cook in air fryer: Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook at 370°F (188°C) for 10 minutes.
