Potatoes:

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Prepare Potatoes: Peel and slice potatoes to ¼ inch thickness.
- Soak Potatoes: Soak potato slices in water for 15-30 minutes, then drain and dry.
- Season Potatoes: Coat potato slices with olive oil and seasonings.
- Air Fry: Air fry half of the slices at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
- Serve: Transfer cooked slices to a platter and repeat with the remaining slices. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
