Sweet Potato Wedges:
- 1 lbs (about 2 medium-sized) sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder (or 1/8 for less spice)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp arrowroot powder or corn starch
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 minutes.
- Cut and Season: Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges. In a bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and pepper. Sprinkle arrowroot powder over the wedges and toss again.
- Cook: Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-16 minutes until crispy, working in batches if needed.
