  • 1 (15-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk (any kind)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 13×9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare Crust: Unroll pizza crust onto the prepared pan and press to the edges. Pinch edges to form a crust. Brush with olive oil and prick with a fork. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until lightly browned.
