Description

This Baked Ravioli is a simple and satisfying dish that’s perfect for a quick and easy dinner. Layers of ravioli, marinara sauce, and Parmesan cheese are baked until bubbly and golden.


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package ravioli (fresh or frozen), about 25 ravioli
  • 25 ounce marinara sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Garnish:

  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prep Dish: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Spread half of the marinara sauce into the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange half of the ravioli in a single layer. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese. Cover with the other half of the marinara sauce. Arrange the remaining ravioli and sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake Covered: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Bake Uncovered: Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use any type of ravioli you prefer, such as cheese, meat, or spinach.
  • Feel free to add other cheeses like mozzarella or ricotta.
  • For a richer flavor, you can sauté some onions or garlic before adding the marinara sauce.
  • If using frozen ravioli, you may need to add a few more minutes to the baking time.
