- 40 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed (4 cans of 15 ounces each)
- 4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- Sauté Vegetables and Spices: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté for 5 minutes until softened. Add garlic, cumin, and chili powder; cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
