Description

A no-bake and fuss-free dessert that combines the classic flavors of blueberries, creamy vanilla, and a buttery graham cracker crust. This refreshing and delicious Blueberry Delight is perfect for any gathering or family dinner.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups (170g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 ounces (1 small container) Cool Whip
  • 2 cups blueberry pie filling
  • 48 additional ounces of Cool Whip (for topping)

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Additional graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Pour in the melted butter and mix with a fork until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the crust mixture firmly into an even layer at the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Set it aside.
  2. Prepare the Filling
In another medium bowl, add 8 ounces of Cool Whip along with the vanilla pudding mix. Stir until the pudding mix is fully dissolved. Be careful not to overmix as this can affect the texture. Spread this creamy filling evenly over the prepared crust.
  3. Add the Blueberry Layer
Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly over the pudding layer. Ensure that the filling reaches all edges of the dessert to create an even layer of blueberry goodness.
  4. Top with Cool Whip
Layer additional Cool Whip (about ½ to a full container, as desired) evenly over the blueberry layer. For an added touch, sprinkle a small amount of graham cracker crumbs on top.
  5. Chill and Serve
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. This allows the layers to set and the flavors to meld together. For added flavor and texture, you can garnish with fresh blueberries just before serving.

Notes

  • To keep the filling light and fluffy, avoid overmixing the pudding mix with the Cool Whip.
  • This dessert can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Leftovers will keep for up to three days.
  • For an extra decorative touch, fresh blueberries can be added as a garnish just before serving. Avoid adding them too early, as they may stain the whipped topping.
