Bread Bowls:
- 6 round (5-6 inches) rolls, like white kaiser rolls
Spaghetti:
- 4 ounces (1/4 of a 16-ounce box) spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 24 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
Garlic Butter:
- 1 cup (2 sticks or 227g) butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare sheet pan: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare Spaghetti: Brown ground beef in a skillet, add spaghetti sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer, then add cooked noodles. Toss to coat and keep warm.
- Make Garlic Butter: Combine melted butter, garlic, salt, and parsley in a bowl. Mix well.
- Assembly: Hollow out the rolls, brush with garlic butter, fill with cheese and spaghetti mixture. Bake until golden.
