Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 1 (8-ounce) package Jimmy Dean precooked sausage crumbles (or 1 cup crumbled cooked sausage)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk, room temperature
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Assemble: Line a greased 9×13 inch baking dish with biscuit dough, pressing to form a crust. Sprinkle sausage and cheeses over the crust.
  3. Pour Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage and cheese.
  4. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set and the center doesn’t jiggle. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting and serving warm.
