- Topping:
- 10 ounces white chocolate (Ghirardelli wafers recommended)
Instructions
- Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and M&M’s. Stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed. - Melt the Chocolate:
Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, remove, and stir. Continue melting in 30-second increments, stirring between each session to prevent overheating. Be cautious not to overcook the chocolate. - Combine with the Dry Ingredients:
Once the chocolate is smooth and fully melted, pour it over the dry mixture. Gently stir until everything is evenly coated with the chocolate. - Spread and Set:
Transfer the coated mixture onto a large sheet of wax or parchment paper. Sprinkle the pastel sprinkles over the mix for added color. Allow the mix to set and harden for at least 15 minutes. - Break into Pieces and Serve:
