- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided

- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped preserved lemon skins or puree
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves

- 3 tablespoons toasted seeds
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 440°F.
