- 10–14 large leafy green lettuce leaves, for wrapping (such as butter lettuce)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and kosher salt until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Combine Chicken and Apples: Add the diced or shredded chicken and the diced apples to the dressing. Stir everything thoroughly to coat all ingredients evenly. Taste and adjust with extra honey, mayonnaise, or salt as needed to achieve your desired flavor balance.
- Assemble the Wraps: Place a generous scoop of the chicken apple salad into the center of each large lettuce leaf. Wrap or fold the lettuce around the filling as desired for easy handling.

Notes
