- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Oil for frying (canola or vegetable oil)
For the Lemon Sauce:
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix together eggs, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine flour and 1/2 cup of cornstarch. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then flour mixture.
