- 3 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Swerve Confectioners Sugar (plus extra for sprinkling, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, Swerve Confectioners Sugar, ground cinnamon, and milk. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the Filling: Lay the lavash bread flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the lavash.
- Roll Up: Roll the lavash tightly, like a cinnamon roll, making sure the seam is on the bottom.
- Prepare for Air Frying: Spray the air fryer pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the rolled lavash seam-side down in the pan. Spray the top of the roll lightly with additional cooking spray.
- Air Fry: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even crisping.
- Serve: Remove the roll up with tongs and cut into 6 equal slices. Sprinkle with additional Swerve confectioners sugar if desired, and enjoy immediately.
