Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and butter a 9×5 inch bread pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.
  2. Make Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined to create the cinnamon sugar topping.
  3. Prepare Bread Batter: In a large bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, apple butter, honey, yogurt or sour cream, egg, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until fully combined. Add the flour, baking soda, and kosher salt, then mix gently until just combined to avoid overmixing.
