A quick and easy recipe for Cottage Cheese With Fruit that offers both a sweeter and a savory version topped with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

Sweeter Version:

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh + sliced
  • 5 small leaves fresh mint, chopped
  • Honey (to drizzle)

Savoury Version:

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh + sliced
  • 5 small leaves of fresh basil, chopped
  • Balsamic glaze (to drizzle)
  • Black pepper, as desired

Instructions

  1. Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl or cup. Top with fresh fruit.
  2. For the sweeter version: top with fresh mint leaves and drizzle with honey.
  3. For the savory version: top with fresh basil, a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze, and freshly cracked black pepper.
  4. Stir all ingredients together + dig in!

Notes

  • MAKE AHEAD: While best enjoyed fresh, feel free to make these recipes a day in advance. Store in an airtight container or cover the bowl and place in the fridge.
