Pasta:

  • 8 ounces uncooked pasta (linguine recommended)

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, optional, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions.
