  • 3 cups spinach, roughly chopped, stems removed

Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup pesto, homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock, lightly salted

Seasonings:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken into thin pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
