Crispy Roasted Chickpeas:
- 1 19oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven or Air-Fryer: Preheat oven to 375F (190C) or air-fryer to 350F (180C).
- Baking: Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet or in the air-fryer basket. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven or 20 minutes in the air-fryer, shaking the pan occasionally.
- Seasoning: In a bowl, combine hot chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, thyme, and salt. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Finishing: Return seasoned chickpeas to the oven for 10-15 minutes or air-fryer for 8-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy warm or cooled.
