Cucumber and Hummus Bites:

  • 1 large European cucumber (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • black or white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel and Slice Cucumber: Peel the cucumber, leaving strips of green if thin-skinned or peel entirely if waxy. Slice into 3/4 – 1 inch thick rounds.
  2. Prepare Hummus: Place hummus in a plastic bag. Cut a corner for piping.
  3. Assemble Bites: Place cucumber slices on a plate, pipe hummus on each, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Use European cucumbers wrapped in plastic for best results.
  • Recipe works well with store-bought or homemade hummus.
