  • 2 tablespoon Gin or Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, cold
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Flat-leaf parsley, chopped or torn
  • 12 tablespoon Blue Cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Finely mince or thinly slice garlic: Prepare the garlic as directed.
  2. Prepare olives and lemon zest: Chop olives and zest lemons.
  3. Cook pasta: Boil pasta until al dente, then set aside.
  4. Sauté aromatics: Cook garlic, lemon zest, and olives until fragrant.
  5. Add alcohol: Add gin or vodka and cook until almost evaporated.
  6. Create sauce: Whisk in olive brine and butter until emulsified.
