  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 lb. large peeled and deveined shrimp, thawed
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare Pasta: Arrange linguine in the baking dish. Whisk together broth, onion, garlic, and ¼ cup Parmesan. Pour over pasta.
  3. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway. Check pasta for doneness.
  4. Add Shrimp and Cheese: Stir in shrimp, top with cheeses, and bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes.
