- Prepare the Pan:
Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray to ensure easy removal of the treats once they’re set. - Melt Marshmallows and Butter:
Place butter and mini marshmallows in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl. Heat the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until it melts completely and has a smooth consistency. - Mix in Rice Krispie Cereal:
Carefully fold the Rice Krispie cereal into the melted marshmallow mixture, ensuring every piece is coated evenly. - Add M&Ms and Sprinkles:
Gently incorporate half of the pastel M&Ms and sprinkles into the cereal mixture. Stir carefully to avoid breaking the M&Ms. - Press Mixture into Pan:
