Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups (200 grams) old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: Cream together butter and sugars in a large bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Add flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir until just combined. Mix in oats.
  4. Scoop and Bake: Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets using a medium cookie scoop. Bake for 8 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown.
  5. Cool: Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
