- 1 cup unsalted butter

- 2 teaspoons baking soda

- 2 cups (200 grams) old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: Cream together butter and sugars in a large bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Add flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir until just combined. Mix in oats.
- Scoop and Bake: Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets using a medium cookie scoop. Bake for 8 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown.
- Cool: Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
