- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, divided
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 2 muffin pans (either standard size or mini muffin pans will work).
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, and 1 tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture into each muffin cup. Sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning over the top.
