Description

These Everything Bagel Crisps are a crispy, cheesy, and flavorful snack that’s perfect for any occasion. Made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re easy to whip up and perfect for satisfying your crunchy cravings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 2 muffin pans (either standard size or mini muffin pans will work).
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, and 1 tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture into each muffin cup. Sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning over the top.
  4. Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the crisps are puffed up and golden brown.
