Puff Pastry:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (13.2 oz), thawed

Fig Filling:

  • 1/2 cup fig preserves
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 45 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar

Egg Wash:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pastry: Unroll the thawed puff pastry on parchment paper. Spread fig preserves, crumbled goat cheese, brown sugar, and thyme. Roll it into a log and chill in the freezer.

  3. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with brown sugar and thyme before serving warm.

Notes
