Instructions
- Prepare Kale: Remove large stems from kale, chop into chunks, and wash well. Dry thoroughly.
- Season Kale: In a large bowl, toss kale with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic.
- Bake: Lay seasoned kale flat on a baking sheet. Bake at 300°F for 10 minutes, rotate the pan, then bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp.
- Finish: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Allow to cool slightly before serving or storing in an airtight container.
