- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 cup (loosely packed) baby spinach roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

- tzatziki sauce (for serving)
- crumbled feta cheese (for topping)

- sliced tomato (for toppings)

Instructions
- Make the burger patties. In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, red onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape into large patties.
- Cook the patties. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Alternatively, grill the patties on a preheated grill for 5-6 minutes per side.
- Assemble the burgers. Toast burger buns if desired. Place cooked patties on buns and top with your favorite toppings such as tzatziki sauce, feta, sliced onion, tomato, and avocado. Serve immediately.
Notes
- To store in the fridge: Keep leftover patties in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
- Freeze for later: Cool the patties completely, then freeze on a baking sheet. Transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container with parchment paper layered in between; they keep for up to 3 months.
- Make-Ahead Tips: Raw burger mixture can be prepared a day in advance, stored in the fridge, and shaped into patties just before cooking.
- Pair these burgers with Greek fries or a side salad for a complete meal.
