A refreshing and vibrant hibiscus tea strawberry lemonade refresher that is perfect for a hot summer day. This drink combines the tartness of hibiscus tea with the sweetness of fresh strawberries and a hint of zesty lemon.

Hibiscus Tea:
- 2 cups water
- 2 hibiscus tea bags OR 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers
Strawberry Puree:
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup, adjust to taste
Optional Toppings:
- Extra sliced strawberries and lemon slices
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Hibiscus Tea: In a tea kettle, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat, add hibiscus tea bags or flowers, steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain flowers, let cool.
- Strawberry Puree: Blend strawberries with ¼ cup of cooled hibiscus tea until smooth. Optionally strain for a smoother texture.
- In a pitcher, combine hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Stir well. Adjust sweetness and tartness to taste. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, strawberries, and mint.
Notes
- You can brew the hibiscus tea in advance and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
- If the tea is pre-chilled, the recipe can be prepared in about 10 minutes.
