Description

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 6 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Onion, freshly grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Teaspoons Mustard Powder

Seasonings

  • 1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil while whisking constantly. Let boil for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to simmer for another 5 minutes, whisking continuously.

  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
