For the wings:
- 3 pounds chicken wings

For the sauce:
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup sriracha
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (for garnish and sauce)
Instructions
- Marinate the Wings: In a large plastic freezer bag, combine the chicken wings, vegetable oil, ground coriander, garlic salt, and ground pepper. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat the Grill: Bring your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
- Grill the Wings: Place the marinated wings on the grill. Grill for 18-20 minutes, turning the wings every 4 minutes to ensure they cook evenly and achieve a crispy exterior.
- Prepare the Honey Sriracha Sauce: While the wings are grilling, melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan. Add the sriracha, honey, lime juice, and orange juice. Mix well until the sauce is smooth and fully combined. Optionally, stir in some chopped cilantro.
- Toss and Serve: Remove the grilled wings from the heat. In a large bowl, toss the wings with the prepared sauce until well coated. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
