- 1 lb. dried angel hair pasta
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Step 2: Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well.
- Step 3: Add the cooked pasta to the bowl with the cherry tomato mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and additional basil leaves. Toss well to combine.
- Step 4: Serve the pasta hot, topped with extra Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
