Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Fries

  • 1 (28 ounce) bag Alexia House Cut Fries with Sea Salt

For the Garlic Herb Mixture

  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup pressed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer
Preheat your oven to 400°F, or set your air fryer to 400°F to prepare for cooking the fries.
  2. Prepare the Fries
For oven: Spread the Alexia House Cut Fries with Sea Salt in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring the fries halfway through until they are crisp and golden.
For air fryer: Place fries in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
  3. Make the Garlic Herb Oil
While the fries are baking or air frying, combine the canola oil, pressed garlic, minced rosemary, and 1/2 teaspoon of the kosher salt in a small bowl. This mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated if desired.
  4. Toss and Season the Fries
Once the fries are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl. Add the garlic herb oil mixture and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and black pepper. Toss thoroughly with tongs to ensure the fries are evenly coated and well seasoned.
  5. Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with fresh minced parsley, serve hot, and enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
  • Adjust garlic quantity to taste—these fries are loaded with bold flavor!
  • For extra crunch, use a convection setting if baking in the oven.
  • You can substitute olive oil for canola oil for a different flavor profile.
  • These garlic fries make a delicious party snack or side dish for burgers or grilled meals.
