Description

Knock You Naked Bars are decadent and gooey dessert bars that will leave you wanting more. A layer of chocolate chip cookie dough forms the base and topping for a rich caramel and peanut butter filling, creating a truly indulgent treat.

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Caramel Sauce

  • 5 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 bag (14 oz) caramels
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Prepare Cookie Dough: Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in flour and fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Bake Base: Spread half of the cookie dough in the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Make Caramel Sauce: Melt caramels and milk, then add peanut butter. Spread over baked base.
  5. Top with Dough: Drop spoonfuls of remaining dough over caramel.
  6. Bake Again: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
