Tuna Steak:
- 2 tuna steaks
- 1 C diced fresh mango
- 1/2 C diced fresh orange (tangelo orange)
- 1/4 C diced pepper (green or red)
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp garlic
- dash of salt
- dash of sugar
- dash of soy sauce
- bunch of cilantro
- olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare Salsa: In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, orange, pepper, and mix well.
- Add Flavors: Squeeze lime juice, add salt, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, and chopped cilantro. Mix thoroughly.
