Tuna Steak:

  • 1/2 C diced fresh orange (tangelo orange)
  • 1/4 C diced pepper (green or red)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • dash of salt
  • dash of sugar
  • dash of soy sauce
  • bunch of cilantro
  • olive oil

Instructions
