These No-Bake Cookies are a classic treat that’s quick, easy, and requires no baking! With a combination of creamy peanut butter, chocolate, and oats, they’re a delicious and satisfying snack.

- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (see notes)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups quick 1-minute oats (see notes)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prep: Line two baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
- Boil Sugar and Butter: Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 1 ½ minutes, then remove from heat.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract. Add oats and salt, stirring until well combined.
- Cool and Set: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Let cool completely until set.
Notes
- If using old-fashioned oats, pulse them in a blender a few times to break them down.
- If using unsalted butter, add ¼ teaspoon of salt to the recipe.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
- Freeze cookies in a freezer bag or airtight container for 2-3 months.
