Oreo Pie Crust:
- 1 Oreo pie crust
- 28 Mint Oreo Cookies (crushed into fine crumbs)
- 5 tablespoon Unsalted Butter (melted)
Mint Pie Filling:
- 14 oz Marshmallow Creme (or 24 large marshmallows, softened)
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream (whipped)
- 1/3 cup Crème de Menthe
Instructions
- Oreo Pie Crust: Using a food processor, process the Mint Oreo Cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter, press into a pie plate, and freeze.
- Mint Pie Filling: Soften marshmallow creme, whip cream, mix with crème de Menthe, fold together, pour into crust, top with Oreo crumbs, and freeze.
Notes
- The 1-hour, 20-minute prep time includes freezing the Oreo pie crust for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- 14 oz of marshmallow creme equals two 7 oz jars.
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream equals about 1 pint.
- Substitute crème de Menthe with ⅓ cup milk, 1 tsp peppermint extract, and green food coloring.
- You can make or buy a pre-made Oreo pie crust.
- If baking the crust, bake at 350ºF for 8-10 minutes and cool before filling.
