- 8 ounces fettuccine or spaghetti
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
- Make Sauce: Return the pot with the cooked pasta to the stovetop. Add cream cheese and butter, stirring until melted. Stir in sour cream, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, nutmeg, and ½ cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Pour the noodle mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes
- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk.
