Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce more if desired
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley minced
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Chicken Seasonings:

  • 1.5 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep and Skewer Chicken: Soak wooden skewers. Combine chicken seasoning, coat chicken, and skewer tightly.
  2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce: Melt butter and garlic, add remaining sauce ingredients, mix well.
  3. Cook The Chicken: Air fry skewers, baste with sauce, cook each side until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Notes

  • Oven Preparation: Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook skewers on a baking sheet for 14 mins, basting and broiling for extra crisp.
