Description

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip is a rich, creamy, and irresistibly peanut buttery dessert dip featuring a blend of cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, and whipped topping combined with chopped Reese’s Minis for an indulgent twist. Perfect for parties or as a sweet snack, this no-bake dip pairs wonderfully with a variety of dippers like graham crackers, pretzels, and fruit.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Base

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Confectioner's Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed

Mix-ins & Topping

  • 7.6 oz Reese's Minis, quartered

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese: In a medium sized bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  2. Add peanut butter and vanilla: Stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly to combine into a smooth mixture.
  3. Add confectioner’s sugar: Beat in the confectioner’s sugar until the mixture reaches a smooth, lump-free consistency; it may feel stiff but this is normal.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip: Using a large plastic spatula or spoon, gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the mixture until fully incorporated and lightened.
  5. Mix in half of Reese’s Minis: Toss in half of the chopped Reese’s Minis and stir them evenly through the dip.
  6. Transfer and garnish: Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining Reese’s Minis on top for garnish.
  7. Chill before serving: Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly before serving.

Notes

  • This dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • It pairs deliciously with various dippers such as graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, twisted pretzels, apple slices, and strawberries.
  • Due to the dairy content, do not leave the dip out at room temperature for more than 2 hours to ensure food safety.
