Instructions
- Beat cream cheese: In a medium sized bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy with no lumps.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla: Stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly to combine into a smooth mixture.
- Add confectioner’s sugar: Beat in the confectioner’s sugar until the mixture reaches a smooth, lump-free consistency; it may feel stiff but this is normal.
- Fold in Cool Whip: Using a large plastic spatula or spoon, gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the mixture until fully incorporated and lightened.
- Mix in half of Reese’s Minis: Toss in half of the chopped Reese’s Minis and stir them evenly through the dip.
- Transfer and garnish: Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining Reese’s Minis on top for garnish.
- Chill before serving: Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly before serving.

- This dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
