  • 6 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Layer the Cube Steaks
    Place 3 of the cube steaks into the bottom of an 8-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle them evenly with half of the au jus mix and half of the ranch seasoning mix. Next, layer the remaining 3 cube steaks on top and sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning packets.
  2. Add Liquid and Toppings
    Pour in 1/3 cup of water into the slow cooker. Arrange the cubes of butter alongside the pepperoncini peppers evenly on top of the steaks.
  3. Slow Cook to Tender Perfection
    Seal the lid of the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or high for 3-4 hours). Avoid opening the lid during the cooking process, as this will release heat.
