Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Slice the large onion and arrange the slices in an even layer on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the boneless chuck roast directly on top of the onions.
- Add Liquid and Pierce Roast: Use a fork to pierce several holes across the top of the roast to help the seasonings penetrate. Pour the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce evenly over the roast.
