Shrimp:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

Marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes or use metal skewers.
