- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep: If you haven’t already made a batch of baked meatballs, prepare a soft meatball mixture using ground beef, ground pork, and soaked breadcrumbs. Steam rice and vegetables.
- Cook: Combine stock and corn flour. Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Heat meatballs in a pan, add sauce, and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
