- 3 tbsp Chicken Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1 jalapeño sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- Lime wedges for serving

- Prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and taco seasoning.
