Instructions
- Prepare Veggies: Wash and dry all veggies. Peel and deseed as necessary.
- Cut Veggies: Slice veggies lengthwise into thin strips.
- Mix Cream Cheese: Mince fresh herbs and combine with vegan cream cheese. Add sea salt and mix well.
- Assemble Wraps: Spread a layer of cream cheese on a tortilla, leaving an inch around the edge. Place veggie strips on top and roll up tightly. Cut into pieces.
- Serve: Arrange the wraps on a platter or cutting board.
Notes
- For a sushi-style variation, cut veggies and tortillas into strips, layer veggies on tortilla strips, roll tightly, and secure with parchment and string. Serve with Vegan Avocado Basil Dressing.
