Crescent Roll:

Ground Breakfast Sausage:
- 1 lbs ground breakfast sausage
Egg Mixture:
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Cheese:
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, Monterey jack, Colby jack, or cheddar)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- Cook Sausage: In a skillet, sear ground breakfast sausage on the stovetop until fully cooked. Break sausage into small pieces and set aside.
- Prepare Egg Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Assemble Casserole: Grease a 9’x13′ casserole dish. Roll out crescent roll dough and place it at the bottom of the dish. Top with cooked sausage, then pour the egg mixture over the sausage. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
